Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
As Novu is a rental company, orders are placed for temporary use of products and are therefore not eligible for standard returns or refunds once the rental period has started or the order has been fulfilled, except where required by applicable law.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your items upon delivery and notify us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, missing, or if you received the wrong product. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Changes or Cancellations Before Delivery
If you need to modify or cancel your order before delivery or collection, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@novu.fr. We will do our best to accommodate your request depending on the preparation status, logistics planning, and timing of the rental.
Non-Returnable Services
As our business provides rental services and logistics scheduling, completed rental periods, delivered services, transport fees, handling fees, and custom arrangements are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
European Union Consumer Rights
If applicable under local consumer law, customers in the European Union may have certain statutory rights regarding cancellations for distance contracts. However, these rights may not apply once the rental service has begun, has been fully performed, or where specific scheduling and dated services are involved.
Refunds (When Applicable)
If a refund is exceptionally approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
